Where is Residenza Larici?
At Via Prai de Mont 60, 38037 Bellamonte, a hamlet of Predazzo in Val di Fiemme (Trentino), at about 1,370 m above sea level.
How many apartments are there and what are they like?
Two identical apartments, Larici 1 and Larici 2: 85 m² each, two bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, balcony and terrace. Each sleeps up to 4 people.
Can you ski at Alpe Lusia from Bellamonte?
Yes. The Bellamonte 3.0 gondola lift, which climbs from Castelir to the Bellamonte side of the Alpe Lusia ski area, is about 3 km by road from the residence. You can't ski to the door: the lift is a short drive away, and the free private parking makes it easy to load your equipment.
How far is Rolle Pass?
About 14 km by road. In winter, check the roads and conditions before setting off.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, check-out by 10:00. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Is there parking and WiFi?
Yes, both free: private parking on site and WiFi in the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. The apartments are non-smoking and parties cannot be held.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. A free cot is available on request for children up to 3 years old; extra beds are not available.
How do I book direct?
From the Book page: choose your dates, see which apartments are free and the total price, and pay a 30% deposit online. The balance is paid on arrival. The direct price doesn't include booking-portal commissions.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, your deposit is refunded; after that, it is retained.
What is there to do in Bellamonte outside winter?
In summer, walks and trekking on the Alpe Lusia, in the Paneveggio Park and in Val Venegia; in spring, nature waking up; in autumn, the colours of the larches. Opening times of lifts, mountain huts and trails change with the season.
