The Alpe Lusia ski area links Bellamonte and Moena: about 26–30 km of slopes served by 8 lifts. From the Bellamonte side you go up with the Bellamonte 3.0 gondola from Castelir. Here's how to organise ski passes, parking, children and days out.

01 · SKI PASS
Which ski pass you really need.
Alpe Lusia is included in two ski passes. The choice depends on how many areas you want to ski during the week.
- Dolomiti Superski: Alpe Lusia is in the «Alpe Lusia / San Pellegrino» area
- Fiemme-Obereggen ski pass: 5 areas, namely Cermis, Latemar, Bellamonte Alpe Lusia, Passo Rolle and Oclini
- Skitour Tre Valli: around 50 km of slopes towards San Pellegrino, with a shuttle between Ronchi (Moena) and Costabella
02 · GETTING TO THE LIFTS
From the flat to the gondola.
At Castelir the ski area has two car parks. From winter 2025/26 the new P2 has over 200 spaces; an escalator and a lift take you up to the gondola square.
- Car parks P1 and P2 are free for those heading to the slopes
- Bellamonte 3.0 gondola: 10-seater cabins, up to 2,600 people per hour, 414 m of vertical rise
- The two sections, Castelir – Le Fassane and Le Fassane – La Morea, also run separately
- From Residenza Larici to Castelir: about 3 km by road
03 · CHILDREN
Skiing for the little ones, at Castelir.
On the Bellamonte side you'll find the ski school and the areas dedicated to children.
- Scuola Sci Alta Val di Fiemme – Bellamonte, Località Castelir 7, with instructors for children and people with disabilities too
- Areas for children: Lusialand, Baby Club Bellamonte and Laricino Baby Park
- Morea Snowpark at the top of the gondola, with a Street Park
- Tobogganing: Fraina run, 2.1 km, hire at Castelir Service
04 · A DIFFERENT DAY
When you don't feel like skiing there.
In a week there's room for a day of cross-country skiing, a snowshoe walk or another ski area.
- Lago di Tesero cross-country centre, the stadium of Milano Cortina 2026, about 14 km away
- Rolle Pass about 14 km away: the San Martino di Castrozza – Passo Rolle area with 60 km of slopes, helmets compulsory for everyone
- Snowshoe walks from Castelir: Forte Dossaccio (8.1 km, easy) and Malga Canvere (6.8 km, moderate)

Equipment
A ski store at the property saves carrying skis and boots up to the flat every evening.
Helmet
At Passo Rolle a helmet is compulsory for all skiers from winter 2025/26.
